Get help and advice online

Use our online services to:

• get help with a non-urgent medical issue
• ask about things like fit notes (sick notes), test results and repeat prescriptions
• read online advice

You need to be registered with the practice to use this service.

How it works

You’ll be asked to fill out a detailed online form about your request using an online system.

Your answers are then sent to our practice staff to review. Our team will review your answers and then contact you to make sure you get the right help.

You can log in using your NHS login details but this is not essential.
