Patient Participation Group
Welcome to the Patient Participation Group of Bridge Surgery
What is a PPG?
PPGs are groups of active volunteer patients that work in partnership with practice staff and GPs – this unique partnership between patients and their practices is essential to achieving high quality and responsive care. We meet with the practice quarterly to discuss the upcoming changes and how this will impact on us as patients.

What we do
Patient Participation Groups Help: To develop a partnership with patients. To discover what a range of patients think about services and to establish their priorities. To provide a platform to test and modify ideas and plans. Patients have a forum to suggest positive ideas and voice their concerns.

As a PPG we have decided to start with some drop-in sessions for you to come and speak with your PPG to discuss the changes in the practice and if you had anything you would like to discuss. The PPG will be able to help and support you but also if they are unsure, they can liaise/discuss with someone at the Practice for further support/conclusions. The drop-in sessions will be held once a month in the first instance, but if demand is great, we will consider increasing the sessions. Drop in session Tuesday 29th April 2025 14:00pm – 16:00pm Please come a long and say hi we look forward to seeing you.
